Connection

ZeroOne workshop with Adam Barley in Brussels.

Aren’t we all longing for more? All the time? Connection is a basic human need: with each other, with nature, and with our deepest inner being.

We’ve all had plenty of time alone recently, so let’s focus on each other. The truth is, distancing is anti-social, and it hurts an essential part of us. But moving together, even with a few metres of space between us, can bridge the gap and rekindle our sense of connection.

Let’s show up in front of each other, and see ourselves in the mirror, blind spots and all. Let’s get stirred up and feel more of everything, grow more alive. Let’s give and receive attention, the simplest form of loving.

This is a movement-based workshop where we will respect the current guidelines around safety, so numbers will be limited, and no physical contact will be required.

ZeroOne is an embodied meditation practice for individual and collective evolution. Total commitment to the moment: listening is subtle, vision is deep, action is creative, and speech is true.

Adam Barley is the founder of ZeroOne, a creative movement meditation practice. He began studying healing and meditation in the early ’80s, training with Gabrielle Roth in the ‘90s and building a world-wide reputation for powerfully transformative embodiment work, launching ZeroOne in early 2019.

I’m a big cat hunter and a butterfly with a broken wing, with a teaching style that tends to both depth and vulnerability. I have faith in us human beings, and am passionately committed to being part of the evolutionary jump we are engaged in.
